Working with Depression

Please join us as we offer practical hope for those walking through the landscape of depression, as well as their loved ones. This workshop will be in two parts: Understanding Depression and Working with Depression.

On Sunday, March 20th from 1-3p, our guest speakers help us to understand the experience of depression. They will share their own lived experiences, provide helpful ways of understanding the condition and guide us through Gospel-centered approaches to experiencing comfort and care. Together, we will taste and see that the Lord has not forsaken us, even in the midst of our greatest trials.

On Sunday, April 3rd from 1-3p, our guest speakers will help us to work with depression. They will teach us that negative thoughts in the midst of depression are a normal experience. They will resource us with Gospel-centered, evidence-based ways of working with our lenses and thoughts toward renewal. This workshop will be a rich and helpful standalone resource even if you were not able to attend the Understanding Depression workshop.

Lunch will be served.

Childcare is available. Please register here
