Our community is a place where you have the opportunity to:

Our meetings are as important to your mental and spiritual well-being as your doctor's appointments for your physical health.
We encourage you to attend our in-person meetings. It is good to get out, to have a change in scenery. Breathe in fresh air, feel the warmth of the sunshine or the brush of the cool breeze against your skin, hear the birds - you are alive!
